Booking Conditions 1.
Telephone
bookings will be held for one week to allow the deposit to reach us. 2.
On
receiving the deposit of £30 and the completed booking form, a receipt will
be sent to your address. 3.
The
balance of your rental is due four weeks before arrival. Please
fill in the Confirmation Form and send it together with the Balance Amount. 4.
If
booking is within four weeks of commencement, then the full rental is due,
together with the Booking Form. 5.
For
bookings outside the · Please
contact us first 6.
ALL
BOOKINGS COMMENCE AT 7.
All
our cottages are non smoking 8.
Pets
are welcome but, for the benefit of other holidaymakers, owners are asked to
keep their pets under control. 9.
THE
TENANT IS KINDLY REQUESTED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY CLEAN AND TIDY, AS FOUND ON
ARRIVAL. |
