The Sugar Loaf Cottages The Sugar Loaf Cottages nestle at the foot of the Sugar Loaf Mountain with views of Abergavenny and surrounding areas. The cottages have been converted from old stone farm buildings and great care has been taken to retain as much of the old stonework and beams wherever possible. Inside the cottages we have tried to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere, with all modern conveniences where you will be able to relax and enjoy the quiet and peaceful surroundings, welcome packs are provided on arrival. The cottages have double glazed windows, electric night storage heating and are fully carpeted throughout. There is a large safe off road car parking area. The gardens are laid to lawn and there is a shared Bar-B-Q for warmer days and garden furniture to relax outside. The cottages are non-smoking and up to two well-behaved pets are welcome. Abergavenny is a thriving market town and offers a great variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and pubs, listed buildings, a leisure centre, theatre, parks and gardens and is only a mile away. Finally we are centrally located for all kinds of outdoor pursuits, pony trekking, walking, fishing, golf, sketching and sightseeing. We have numerous castles and industrial heritage sites.
